 I tried to make my own "MicroChart-compatible" chart which contains all 8X51 / 8X31's instructions and other useful information. Below is the minimize picture of my own chart.

Since I only scan my original page, to maintain the image quality to be printed, I provide 2 BMP Files to be downloaded.. all in ZIP format. I hope they are useful for you.
